Activities & Programmes

Training Programmes are an integral part of the Centre. Topics are identified for a particular financial year in advance and the training sessions are so designed that the participating Government officials receive maximum exposure on the topics. The Centre for Leadership Development, has successfully conducted the following training programmes in the Financial Year 2016 – 2017:

As an initiative of the Centre for Leadership Development, workshops and seminars are organized along with Training Programmes to provide a hands-on experience on dealing with practical working condition problems and situations likely to be faced by the Government officers. Moreover, such wide interactions facilitate knowledge sharing and identify areas where research works can be carried out. Research paper presentation creates a favourable environment for research activity and adds value to the existing knowledge bank.
