A One Day training on Citizen Centric Online Grievance Handling Platform CPGRAMS & Kritagyata, (Pension Sanction and Payment Tracking System) Sponsored by Govt. of Assam was conducted on the 15th July, 2023. A total of 59 (Fifty nine) participants from Department of Chief Minister Secretariat Department, Agriculture, Finance, General Administration Department, GDD, Health & Family Welfare Department, Higher Education Department, Hills Area Department Labour & Employment Department, Minorities welfare & Development Department, Panchayat & Rural Development, Personal(A),Personal(B), Planning Transformation & Development, Political, Power Department, Co-operation, Cultural Affairs, Environment and Forest, Excise, Sports and Youth Welfare, Science & Technology, Revenue and Disaster, Public Health Engineering, Welfare Plain Tribes and Backward Classes, Urban Development Department have attended the training course. Resource Persons were from National Informatics Centre (NIC) Govt. of India.
