To attain ultimate transparency and timelessness in financial transactions in Government sector and ensuring full scale consistency of financial parameters with physical assets in regard to schemes, programmes and projects implemented by Government.
To equip all the Government officers with requisite knowledge, skills and attitude so as to upgrade their functional efficiency in Public Finance Management within a time frame.
The objective of the Centre for Financial Management is to create a conducive environment for imparting training on financial management which primarily comprises two divisions viz expenditure management and resource mobilization.
The centre has prepared the groundwork for publication of a research journal with ISBN which will contain original articles by eminent scholars in the field of Financial Management having clearance from the reputed institutes of National, International standard eg. IIFM, Faridabad, ASCI, Hyderabad and Duke University.
It is proposed that the Centre will enter into partnership with one national institute and one international institute of repute. The Centre would sign MoU with the following institutes:
